ABUJA PILOT · VERSION 2026-09-PILOT-V1
A clear agreement,
before the work begins.
What this pilot offers
Na Wetin Services is a managed introduction service from Na Wetin Dey Happen. We accept Abuja requests and provider registrations for cleaning, home repairs and catering. We do not automatically dispatch workers or guarantee a match, employment, bookings or earnings. Other advertised future categories are not yet accepting bookings.
Joining and making a match
You must be 18 or older. Sign in with ChatGPT and provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Provider registrations remain private. Our desk reviews suitability and records identity and reference checks before approval. Checks are limited to the evidence reviewed; they are not a guarantee of conduct, competence or safety.
Before an introduction, our desk confirms interest, availability and service area. When the introduction is arranged, each party can see the other’s name, email and phone in their private dashboard. Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission.
Fees and payment
Registration and customer requests are free. Providers agree to a 10% platform fee on the agreed service charge for completed bookings introduced through this pilot. Separately itemized materials are excluded. For example, a ₦40,000 service charge results in a ₦4,000 provider fee. The fee is recorded only after completion is confirmed. Fees are calculated to the nearest whole naira.
No fee is due for an unmatched enquiry or a cancellation before work starts. Partial completion, refunds or disputed work must be reviewed with both parties before a fee is agreed. A disputed fee is placed on hold. No automatic card charges, escrow or online payments are offered. Any invoice and payment instructions must be agreed directly with the matching desk. Check unexpected payment requests through our official contact page.
Agree the job in writing
Before work starts, agree the tasks, total price, materials, date, hours, cancellation arrangements and any access requirements. The provider performs the service; the customer and provider must decide whether the arrangement is suitable. Do not start hazardous, regulated or specialist work without the relevant competence and any required authorization. This pilot does not offer emergency response.
Respect and reporting
Both customers and providers must treat each other respectfully, keep personal information confidential, and refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination or unsafe demands. Either party may decline an unsuitable introduction. Report a problem through the booking’s dashboard update form; this places the booking under review. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
The desk may suspend or reject registrations following a complaint or inaccurate information. Withdraw an entry in your dashboard to stop new introductions. If an introduction already exists, notify the desk about cancelling that arrangement separately.
How we use your information
We store your sign-in identifier and email, submitted contact details, neighbourhood, requirements, experience, portfolio link, consent version, review records, introductions, booking terms and feedback. We use these to operate the matching service, follow up and address issues. Each new customer request or provider registration is also emailed to the matching desk at youngakpasubi@gmail.com through our email delivery provider. The email address you enter is used for replies and introductions. Only the matching desk and, after an introduction, the relevant matched party can access the necessary contact and booking details. These records are not public listings and are not added to the newsletter automatically.
Do not submit private home addresses, identity-document numbers, identity-document images or other people’s reference details in these forms. Our team will explain any separate check before requesting evidence. Please contact the desk to request correction or deletion; retention needed for an unresolved booking or dispute will be explained. See the publication’s privacy notice for broader website information.
