Video journalist / videographer
Report and film concise field stories, interviews and visual explainers for the website and social channels.
What you would do
- Plan, shoot and edit clear horizontal and vertical video
- Record intelligible interviews and natural sound in varied conditions

What we need
A documentary or newsroom reel, competent editing, reliable audio practice and the ability to meet deadlines.

Package the publication’s journalism for discovery while protecting accuracy, tone and reader trust.
What you would do
- Create platform-specific posts, captions and publishing schedules
- Track useful audience signals without chasing deceptive engagement
- Moderate reader responses and surface corrections, tips and story ideas

Evidence of responsible audience growth, concise writing, basic visual editing and familiarity with analytics and verification.
